gameclub is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documents reasonably requested by gameclub as part of the KYC process. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
gameclub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). gameclub does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

gameclub does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
gameclub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, gameclub reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by the player without cause, any verified balance remaining in the account after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact gameclub's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. gameclub will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
gameclub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gameclub will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the gameclub platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
